Mood - Faber Castell Cosmetics
Faber-Castell Cosmetics needed to launch Mood, a new beauty collection, with a visual language that felt expressive, youthful, and distinct from their traditional stationery brand identity. As art director, I was responsible for building the campaign from the ground up — developing the key visual concept, color system, lettering, catalog, product kit, and sustainable bag design.
The central challenge was creating a palette and aesthetic that felt bold and urban without alienating Faber-Castell's existing audience. The solution was a trio of acid green, bubblegum pink, and bluish gray — vibrant but cohesive. 3D logos were introduced to add a premium, contemporary feel that differentiated the line on shelf. The bag combined raw cotton with screen-printed illustrations of the product lifecycle, reflecting a sustainability narrative that was meaningful rather than decorative.
